Hot Water: 500ml
Step 1: Bring the water to a boil, then turn off the heat.
Step 2: Add Jelly Cake Powder and Matcha Green Tea in sequence, and mix them thoroughly.
Step 3: Pour into molds, let it cool at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator to chill.

Tips

The production of Hun Kue must follow the ratio of " Jelly Cake Powder : Water = 1 : 5 " in order to achieve a Matcha Green Tea Hun Kue with the perfect texture. If you prefer a firmer or softer texture, you can adjust the amount of water accordingly. Storage

Water: 60ml
Milk: 200ml
Sugar Syrup: 20ml
Red Beans: 30g
Ice: 80g
Milk Foam: 100g
Step 1: Dissolve the Matcha Green Tea Powder in water and stir well.
Step 2: Follow the previous product application instructions to make the Matcha Jelly Cake.
Step 3: Sequentially add the Matcha Jelly Cake, Red Beans, Sugar Syrup, and milk into the cup, and mix well.
Step 4: Add ice cubes and pour in the previously prepared matcha liquid.

Storage

Butter: 100g
Milk: 250ml
Ice: 350g
Step 1: Pour milk, butter, Matcha Green Tea, and Panna Cotta Powder into a container in sequence.
Step 2: Heat and stir until evenly mixed, then strain the liquid.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into molds, let it cool to room temperature, and refrigerate until set. Once set, remove the Matcha Panna Cotta.
