Ingredients Directions
50ml watermelon syrup
200g ice cubes
200g milk foam powder
100g butter
550g fresh milk
80g diced watermelon
Step 1: Pour milk foam powder into a cup, add butter, and 300ml of fresh milk. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 2: Place ice cubes and diced watermelon into the glass.
Step 3: In another container, mix watermelon syrup with 250ml of fresh milk and stir. Pour the mixture into the glass.
Step 4: Top with milk foam to complete.


The recommended amount of watermelon syrup for the beverage is 50 ml. After adding milk, the taste of watermelon will be slightly lighter, which makes it more natural to drink. If you wish to have a stronger watermelon flavor, you can adjust the amount of watermelon syrup again.

Step 1: Prepare two glasses. In one glass, mix the base drink by adding watermelon syrup, mint syrup, and lemon syrup to sparkling water, stirring until well blended.
