Step 1: Add Lemon Aiyu Powder to hot water.
Step 2: Heat and stir until it boils, then turn off the heat.
Step 3: Let it cool at room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator.
Step 4: Once set, remove, cut into pieces, and it's ready to serve.

100g Lemon Aiyu Powder
700ml Water
40ml Lemon Syrup
50ml Coconut Milk
30g Honey
80g Ice Cubes
1-2 slices Lemon Slices
1-2 leaves Mint Leaves
Step 1: Add Lemon Aiyu Powder to 500ml hot water, stir well, then pour into molds and refrigerate to set.
Step 2: Remove the set Lemon Aiyu Jelly from the molds and cut into cubes.
Step 3: In a cup, add ice cubes, Lemon Syrup, honey, and 200ml water. Stir well.
Step 4: Add the Lemon Aiyu Jelly cubes to the cup. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves, and your drink is ready!

Storage
